Our Story

A Burnsville mainstay since the 1960s

Long before it was The Ambered Jack, this spot was the original Amber Jack of the late ’60s and ’70s. Today it is a family-run, from-scratch Italian kitchen led by Laura and her daughter Lily.

Stone walls, a crackling fireplace, and recipes made by hand. There is a reason neighbors keep coming back.
